This coverage is independant of any and all other committees & associations connected with Birchwood at Spring Lake and that the HOA assumes no responsibilities in connection with the operation and funding of this coverage. It is also understood that this coverage and it's fund are self-liquidating and that should claims exceed the amount of money in the fund at any time during 2012 that no further claims can or will be paid. The responsibility of any glass breakage should that occur will be the same as if this coverage did not exist.
